  • Complete CAT A & B fitout, encompassing all foundational and finishing elements necessary to transform the space.

Partitioning and Finishes:

  • Installation of partitioning to define space effectively, allowing for a layout that maximises both function and flow.
  • High-quality wall and ceiling finishes, paired with floor tiling, to ensure durability and a polished aesthetic.

Joinery and Furniture:

  • Installation of bespoke joinery and fitted furniture tailored to maximise utility and aesthetic appeal within the space.
  • Provided flexible undercounter storage solutions to meet operational needs efficiently.

Mechanical and Electrical Coordination:

  • Full M&E upgrade throughout the unit, ensuring reliable and compliant electrical and data cabling installations.
  • Coordinated the integration of third-party specialist electrical installations, including sound systems.

Fire Safety and Compliance:

  • Oversaw the installation of fire safety systems by third-party partners, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient integration with the overall design.
